Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30am May 18 - June 29, 2023 Series Point Reyes Yoga Using our yoga practices to seek equanimity, we will practice gently, while riding the rising tide of summer's longer days. Let's add in some more standing poses, strength building shapes and sun salutations. This will be a middle path practice, merging gentle yoga with more active movements to feel stronger and energized. Slow flow, with variations to support all bodies.
This will be my first in person yoga after many moons of enjoying livestream yoga. I am looking forward to the magic of practicing together in community!
